Question:

Dear Master, I'd like to ask you something about my new experience. After one hour of practice, I perceived the flow of life itself.....that contained all the energy of people practicing now and even people who have practiced in the past.....(.there was also a connection to Hua Xia Center....the Qi Field produced  by the large number of people......). ..... the entirety cannot disappear!

Friends that are sick and need help were coming into my consciousness and I perceived that they also entered this flow of Qi  Field and that they could benefit from it....

Can it be just my imagination or can this be something "real"?
In one of your past courses you mentioned that the Qi and the Energy are not the same. Could you please talk about this? Thank you.

Answer:

I'm happy to say that the answer is...

When a qigong master organises a qi field and holds a group healing, such an imagination is a wonderful way to open your heart and merge completely with the qi field. You'll be amazed at how much you benefit from the qi field! As you continue to practise, you'll begin to feel the qi field in a more realistic way. You'll be able to feel it all the time, without any imagination.

As we talked about earlier, "qi" is a kind of invisible, formless thing that exists in our universe. Some qigong masters may use words like "pure energy" or "special energy" to help foreign practitioners understand qi more easily. But it's important to remember that "qi" is not "energy" in the traditional sense. In other words, qi (invisible and formless existence in the universe) is an unknown existence that needs to be discovered and recognised by modern science, which goes beyond the definition of "energy" in physics.

Guidelines for Using Intent During Healing

1. Focus on Penetrating the Affected Area Without Analysis

There is no need to identify or analyze the nature of the illness. Simply concentrate your intent on passing directly through the affected area.

2. Let Go of Judgments About the Illness
Release any preconceived notions about whether a condition is easy or difficult to treat. Approach every illness with the conviction that it can be resolved “in an instant.”

3. Visualize Only the Outcome, Not the Process
During visualization, focus solely on the end result—such as the body being whole and healthy. Do not mentally rehearse the steps of how the healing might take place.

4. Trust That Your Intent Is Already There

The moment your intent arises, it has already reached the affected area. Thinking about how it enters will interrupt the flow of consciousness, making it difficult to sustain the continuous effect needed.

Important Reminders

1. Follow the Instructor’s Guidance Closely
Stay fully attentive to the instructor’s directions. Avoid letting your mind wander to maintain synchronization with the group and the qi field.

2. Avoid Doubts and Negative Thoughts
Be mindful not to engage in the following types of doubts or negative thinking:

    • How can my intent penetrate the affected area?

    • My condition is very serious—can it really improve?

    • Can just thinking “I am healed” actually work?

    • I don’t feel anything—how can I know it’s working?

    • How is the illness actually being cleared or transformed?

    • I have cancer—is full recovery possible?

    • I’ve been sick for years—how could I recover so quickly?

    • How can my individual practice of “pulling qi” influence the larger qi field?

    • I don’t feel the qi field yet—how can I merge with it?

Many of these thoughts stem from pre-existing beliefs or knowledge.

Trust and a relaxed mindset are essential to transcend these limitations and allow natural transformation to occur. Remain open and receptive to integrate smoothly into the qi field and experience its effects.
